Anika Noi Rose Anika Noi Rose, an American singer-actress is best known for her performance as Tiana in the movie The Princess and the Frog. Her most well-known role is her character Tiana In The Princess and the Frog. Tiana was Disney's very first princess of African descent. Disney Legends listed the actress as one of their 2011 stars. Rose was in the role of Lorrell Robinson in the Oscar-winning film Dreamgirls. Anika Rose was born September 6 on the 6th of September, 1971. The actress is American actress and a singer. Most famously, she is known for portraying Tiana the first Disney African-American princess as seen in The Princess and the Frog (2009). In 2011, she was recognized as a Disney Legend. Her most well-known role is her character of Lorrell Robinson in the Oscar Award-winning film Dreamgirls (2005) and her portrayal of LaVerne Jinglebox Ganner in the Starz show Power. She has also been recognized by her stage performances such as her lead role as Caroline or Change Caroline or Change (2004) on Broadway in which the Tony Award was won for Best Actress in Musical.

Pivarnick was a popular American television reality show host, became well known within the entertainment industry when she was a part of the award-winning M.T.V. show Jersey Shore in 2010 for only a handful of episodes during season one as well as season two.
